How to Use the Kit

Prepare the Tissue
Submerge a plant node or meristematic tissue in Solution A, ensuring full coverage. -
Encapsulation
Use the included micro-pipettes to draw up the tissue along with a small amount of Solution A. -
Stabilize
Release the coated tissue into Solution B to harden the outer shell and form the synthetic seed. -
Scoop Out
Allow the synthetic seed to remain in Solution B for 5โ10 minutes. Then, gently remove it. -
Germinate
Transfer the stabilized seed into the bio-coupler for growth under controlled conditions.
