Professional Range
P1 cultures, also known as master liquid Cultures, are the most vigorous cultures available on the market.
P2 Cultures are made from P1 cultures by expanding them 10 folds, so 10 ml to 100 ml.
Commercial Range
P3 Cultures are made from P2 cultures by expanding them 10-fold, so 10 ml to 100 ml.
Enoki (Flammulina velutipes) Gourmet. Also known as Velvet Shank.
While sawdust supplemented with bran can be used for enoki cultivation, Master’s Mix will likely produce higher yields. Enoki prefers cooler growing conditions; if you leave your fruiting bag in the fridge, they will fruit. In the wild, Enoki grows much like oyster mushrooms with caps. To grow them thin and spindly, as we generally know them, grow them in a high CO2 environment.
Incubation T°: 21-24 °C, 14-18 Days. Fruiting conditions: Temperature: 8-12 °C, relative humidity: 90-95%, CO2-concentration: 2000-4000ppm, Top fruiting.
Store Enoki in the fridge at 2°C.
The liquid culture can be used in various cultivation techniques. You may introduce the liquid culture into sterilized grain jars/bags, agar Petri dishes, or even another nutrient Sterile jar to expand into the more liquid culture.
