Agar plates are made to order and can take 2-4 weeks to send; they are never stocked. Our cultures are regularly updated, and we send you the plate with our latest culture.
We make the plates as soon as they are ordered. For this reason, we are unable to cancel your order since agar plates are already being colonised.
Permit Details: We are authorized to import cultures under the permit granted to us under Biosecurity Act 2015, Section 179 (1).

If you package exceed 18Kg, please contact us, we may be able to pack your order in multiple boxes to get you shipping down from what you have been quoted in the checkout screen.
