This 150L Automatic Autoclave is a powerhouse designed for heavy-duty sterilisation needs. It operates on a single-phase connection and is ideal for home or facility setups. An electrician must perform a professional installation to ensure proper setup, but this can be installed at home in your garage. This is a recommended model for small mushroom farms. You can run this machine 3-3 times daily, giving you over 80-100 fruiting blocks daily!
Effortless Operation:
- Simply fill the water, set the timer, and let the machine handle the rest.
- The autoclave automatically purges during sterilisation with no manual intervention.
- A long beep will signal when the sterilisation cycle is complete.
Impressive Capacity:
This autoclave can comfortably fit the following:
- 30 liquid culture jars
- 30 x 1L reagent bottles
- 14 x 3kg substrate bags
- 18 x 2kg substrate bags
- Approximately 40 x 1kg spawn bags
Fast Sterilisation:
- Full load of substrate and grains sterilised in just 40 minutes (compared to 2.5 hours in a normal steriliser).
- Liquid cultures are sterilised in just 15 minutes (compared to 45 minutes in a standard steriliser).

Technical Requirements: Let your electrician know

Three Settings:
- Pressure Adjustment (P0 or P1):
- P0 retains air after sterilisation (set this for mycology use).
- P1 releases air completely.
- Temperature: Set to 121°C or 123°C (This corresponds to around 15 psi).
- Time:
- 15-20 minutes for liquid culture and Agar media
- 45 minutes for grain and substrate.
